It was a cold February day, which was a lot colder than I had expected, so I know this shot was going to be done pretty fast. I hung around with my exposed hands holding on to the camera, and from past experience I do not want my equipment to stay exposed to these elements for to long. I made the shot and was very grateful to get back into my car and warm up. Afterwards I was very pleased with the picture especially the clouds that seem to have a luminescent quality to them.
