Gypsy Train

I had often come upon this abandoned train car that was deserted in a corn field in Hurley, NY on Route 209. I just had to photograph it, and then I started to work with it in Photoshop. My goal was to transform what was real into a new work with a different color palette and a painterly feel. Having recently returning from Ireland I was reminded of a Gypsy caravan.
