The Newscaster

I had been working on an abstract piece that had several fractals in it, but it was not to be. I remembered I had developed a 3-D figure the other day, and, as I worked today, it merged into the abstract piece, It stuck me as a tv-news set-- it began taking on meaning as a tevelision studio, with my figure, a completely reflective newscaster. The console is lighted. Behind the newscaster is an image of pieces of a steam locomotive, or is it something else? I want the viewer to see and interept this for themselves. This piece is not intended to be political.
